ICE LOLLY RECIPES
 
Fruit Salad ice lollies

Ingredients
2 fresh oranges, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 2 strawberries and a handful of blueberries  

                                         

Makes 6 x 2 fl oz ice lollies (depending on size of fruit used)
   
Method
  • Extract the juice from the 2 oranges and set aside
  • Chop the kiwi, banana, strawberries  and blueberries into small pieces and place into the ice lolly moulds
  • Pour the fresh orange juice over the top
  • Freeze
Alternatively - Use the quick and easy method to make some plain coloured ice lollies
  • Prepare the fruit
  • Blend the fruit together to make a puree
  • Pour it into the ice lolly moulds
  • Freeze

 

Dapple Ice lollies

Ingredients            Method
1 ripe mango or 1 ripe banana
2 pineapple rings
6 medium strawberries
  • Wash and prepare fruit
  • Mash the fruit with a fork
  • Place into the ice lolly moulds
  • Freeze
 
Mango and Orange ice lollies

Ingredients     Method
1 ripe mango
2 oranges


Makes 6 x 2 fl oz ice lollies
(depending on size of fruit used)
  • Wash and prepare the fruit
  • Juice oranges
  • Blend the mango flesh and orange juice together
  • Pour puree into ice lolly moulds
  • Freeze
 
Mango, Banana and Strawberry ice lollies

Ingredients     Method - Red ice lollies
1 ripe banana
1 ripe mango
12 strawberries
  • Wash and prepare the fruit
  • Blend the mango flesh, banana and strawberries together
  • Pour puree into ice lolly moulds
  • Freeze
